Permission To Be You with Jay Fields: Workshop For Yoga Teachers, Practitioners, & Lovers of Life
Saturday, Sept 27, 2014 Toronto, Ontario

Join New Leaf Yoga Foundation for a special workshop and fundraiser where you can develop your own practice while supporting youth in our programs.
Combining current research in neuroscience and ancient teachings in spirituality with the best practices from yoga, improv and somatic leadership, we’ll explore the challenges and benefits of integrity. Whether it’s speaking with greater confidence in your work, discerning what the next step is in any situation, or finding more intimacy with others without losing yourself, this workshop will help you to drop the need for external validation and to trust in the team of your heart and your gut.
“If I said this workshop was about integrity, no one would sign up. The word brings up lofty associations to purity, morality, honor and virtuousness that most of us would just as soon put off until another life. But the risk in putting off your integrity is that you lose your compass for this life. For your life. So this workshop is about integrity, redefined.” – Jay Fields
This workshop is open to everyone because it’s fundamental that we all trust, express and be led by the truth of what we feel. Yoga teachers can obtain CEU’s and are highly encouraged to attend.
