She's the creative force behind YDC.
It's been her continuous dedication to YDC that has made the site a vibrant growing online community. She loves teaching Kundalini Yoga (psss she teachs at Rama Lotus in Ottawa), Reiki (want a session give her a shout!), practising Kundalini & Kripalu yoga, her new garden, and hiking & camping. More often than not she can be found curled up with a book, usually something by Jane Austen. She's sporting one of her favourites a Dear Lil' Devas Bamboo Tank Top.

He's the powerhouse behind YDC.
It's his outstanding programming skills that makes the site's functionality dynamic and alive... you rock Kris! When he's not working on YDC he can be found doing what he loves playing Chess (met him for a game online at ICC), practising Kripalu yoga and roller-skating (ya, the four wheelers). He’s sporting one of his favourites a David Hickey Crystal Journey T-Shirt.

Yoga Directory Canada is a grassroots, community-based company established in 2004 dedicated to supporting and showcasing our amazing teachers and community.
YDC was created to inspire fellow Canadian yogis & yoginis to share the importance of supporting our local yoga industry.
Yoga Directory Canada is taking action to inspire more Canadians to become passionate about yoga and to embrace a healthier lifestyle. Which is why we created the Go Yoga, Canada! Program. This program provides promotional tools to our member's to further assist promoting their studios and classes via our site.

A Genuine Canadian website! Entirely (by us!) designed, developed and hosted in Canada. All the studios, teachers, events, workshops, YTTs and advertisers are local. It’s been our mission from the get go to stay true to our vision - to keep Yoga Directory Canada a pure Canadian site.
